Entrance built in Limestone in Bellaghy County Derry – Londonderry

An entrance in Bellaghy, County Derry – Londonderry built using Limestone. This client wanted every stone to be dressed square and wanted raised pointing. There is a flat concrete coping on the walls and pillars which was cast in with.

A garden wall in Portglenone, County Antrim built using reclaimed stone to. match in with existing stone work on an adjacent building. The wall has a half round concrete coping and has raised pointing.

A stone wall along a flowerbed on the gable wall of a building in Randalstown, County Antrim. The stone is reclaimed Basalt from an old mill in the town. The work is raised pointed.

Sandstone Pillars in Draperstown County Derry – Londonderry

Some photos of pillars we built in Draperstown using sandstone. The stones were dressed square and there is a ‘Soldier’ style coping on them. The pillars have a portuding base made using sandstone flags.

Round Pillars Built from Corkey Basalt Stone in Broughshane County ANtrim

A set of round pillars we built in Broughshane using County Antrim Basalt from Corkey Quarry. The pillars have a conical stone coping coping and use raised pointing or strapping.

Retaining Wall Built From Corkey Stone in Broughshane, County Antrim

A retaining wall we built in Broughshane using County Antrim Basalt, the wall retains the split level between the garden and the road and the County Antrim Basalt is in keeping with other stonework in the area. The wall has a simple random stone coping.

Reclaimed Granite Garden Wall Ballymena, County Antrim

A retaining garden wall we built from reclaimed granite in Ballymena, County Antrim.  The stone was reclaimed Granite Kerb Stones which we sawed and dressed back. We dressed the stones to random shapes and also dressed the copings. We laid the new paving in the new patio, set the steps between the garden and patio and renewed and re-pointed the old paving.

Sandstone Entrance in Bellaghy County Derry – Londonderry

Two sets of square pillars and walls built from Brown Sandstone with an odd Blue Centre Sandstone built in to break up the monotony of the single colour. There is no mortar shown in the joints to give the impression that the stone has been built dry, there is a crowned stone coping on the walls and pillars.
